Sessions 1 & 2 - Letting Go
Session Overview
Utilising the vibration of sound (harmonium & voice) we will release through our physical, mental and emotional bodies all that we no longer need to carry or store leaving us with a sense of inner connection and peace. Feeling and experiencing the full spectrum of emotions, mental turbulence and physical body pain can be confronting. It is like stirring up sediment that has settled at the bottom of a glass. This stirring up is completely normal and part of the letting go process.
Optional in-between-session practices to choose from:
Be with emotions as they arise and then breathe with your focus on your belly
Listen to the track from the session each day to connect back in with the energy of the session
Read the quote below each day or find another that resonates with you. Write it down so you will see it every day
Read the book Anger: Wisdom for Cooling the Flames by Thich Nhat Hanh
Print a photo of someone who opens your heart and sit with it for a few moments each day. Be with your experience.

Vow of Forgiveness
If I have harmed anyone in any way,
either knowingly or unknowingly
through my own confusions,
I ask their forgiveness.
If anyone has harmed me in any way ,
either knowingly or unknowingly
through their own confusions,
I forgive them.
And if there is a situation I am not yet ready to forgive
I forgive myself for that.
For all the ways that I harm myself,
negate, doubt, belittle myself,
judge or be unkind to myself
through my own confusions,
I forgive myself.

Ho'oponopono Mantra
I am sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you
An ancient Hawaiian practice that is about making things right and restoring balance (pono). It is about love, gratitude, healing and forgiveness of ourselves and others.
Repeating this mantra daily can have a profound and powerful effect by cleansing our body of guilt, ill will, shame, negative thoughts and feelings (all of the things you are not), bringing us back to our true essence of peace.
